Woodland
Creation
Woodland Creation is central to our vison of enhancing the environment for a greener future. We work with clients such as The Woodland Trust and Local Councils to help them reach their mission to create a UK rich in native woods and trees.
From purchasing of materials through to establishment maintenance we can provide support with any aspect of a woodland project. We have an established supply chain covering all of the UK, we ensure that our suppliers are ISO 14001 certified or similar so we can be confident that our practices are having a little negative environmental impact as possible.

Aftercare Maintenance
Planting a tree is just the start, they need some help to become established. Once your trees are in the ground it’s important to care for them to help them thrive, particularly in the first few years.
Our teams provide full maintenance packages for landscaping schemes that we have planted and schemes completed by others. This includes but is not limited to Weeding, Watering, grass cutting, pruning, pest control and replacement planting. We cover a large area of the UK.

Tree Surgery &

Dobsons are a Council Approved Contractor, we cover all aspects of tree surgery and vegetation clearance. From clearing trees and shrubs on main contractor sites to woodland thinning for local councils, our professional tree surgeons are able to offer a variety of services including:

New Build & Show Home Maintenance
First impressions are very important and could mean the difference between clients walking away or wanting to look further. We understand that Show Home Landscaping is the ultimate first impression.
We are experienced in working with landscape architects and using site drawings supplied by clients to create that wow factor. We can also use this knowledge and experience to ensure that these projects are completed both on time and in budget.
On completion, we can arrange a maintenance programme to keep the gardens looking pristine.

Amenity
Weed Control
We specialise in providing walked weed control, eliminating the dangers associated with the use of ATV’s and mini-tractors on footway areas, as well as offering controlled, targeted herbicide application in accordance with UK and European legislation.
We use Controlled Droplet Herbicide and equipment, which offers reduced pesticide application rates, and virtually eliminates spray drift. Our operatives able to treat highway areas alongside obstacles on verges and difficult to reach footways, alongside one another.
We have a highly mobile, flexible team of trained contracting staff, and are able to react quickly to our clients individual requirements. Our operators are NPTC certified to PA1/ PA6a/d, for application using a controlled droplet applicator. Being specialists in this area we are able to offer advice and guidance on all aspects associated with the application of herbicide.
We offer comprehensive Amenity spray programmes to our clients. Experienced supervisors oversee day to day operations on the ground and our contracts managers work with teams, and carry out spot checks on operations on a regular basis, to ensure compliance with Best Practice at all times. We carry out our own audits of weed control operations 2-3 weeks after treatment, in addition to responding to client feedback. Where missed areas are identified, we would look to provide re-treatment within 5 days of notification.
Japanese Knotweed Removal:
We are able to Identify Japanese Knotweed and provide a full survey and feedback including a plan for eradication.
